Successfully replaced my rental modem on astound

I purchased this to save on the cable modem rental fee on the Astound broadband service. Set up was easy, as was the conversion with Astound. It works great thus far and is just as fast as what I had on the rental modem. I also like that it’s a bit (physically) smaller than the modem that came with my astound service.

Broken did not work

Spent 100 dollars to have the internet company come out and tell us this modem was broken. Terrible, this cost me an extra 100 dollars for that visit. This doesn't work at all and I'm very upset.
