Would be a 5 star review

If not for the fact that mine came without the M2 Screw that goes into the standoff. The standoff piece came, screwed in place, however the small screw that goes into that standoff (and thus securing the nano SSD into place) did not. Now I'm stuck trying to find a place to buy a replacement screw instead of finishing putting my new computer together. Update: so I ended up finding 3rd M2 screw kits, so I was able to continue building the computer. Now i'm stuck on the fact that the computer will only boot up if i put 1 stick of Ram in the 3rd slot. The manual for this board states i should put sticks in 2nd and 4th slot first, but when I do that, it never boots up. For testing purposes I've tried every combination of placement with the 2 sticks, as well as using a single stick in any slot. it will only boot up when a stick is placed in the 3rd slot. (either of the sticks at this point works). Upon booting up i'm immediately greeted with a "ram in sub-optimal slot" message, recommending me to place them instead in the 2nd and 4th slot first. Update: It's been a while since my last update. After testing the ram in another machine and having it work, I contacted MSI customer support and explained the situation, They wanted me to get different ram to test on the faulty board (which i had none, and did not want to spend more money), and wanted me to do a whole bunch of other stuff testing each component separately, try different BIOS updates, and more steps that felt unnecessary. Additionally, they wanted me to pay to send them the darn thing, so i'm not sure what's the point on them advertising the item has warranty. Fortunately, while MSI's customer support felt slow and troublesome, Amazon's was exemplary, i explained the item was faulty, and was immediately given the option to return the faulty board, and they sent me a replacement, which arrived within 48 hours. The replacement board worked flawlessly (and the replacement board even included the M2 screw!). I'm bumping the review up to 3 stars, leaving 1 star off for the headache and annoyance the faulty one caused, and leaving 1 more star off for MSI's customer service itself. I understand they have to do a lot of troubleshooting on their end, but if a product has warranty, the process should be painless and quick, and not charge the customer to send in the item to fix. To clarify, the board itself is exceptional (once you get a non-faulty one). If anyone out there experiences similar issues or others, and feels like MSI's costumer service is proving difficult, I recommend reaching out to amazon, they did right by me quickly and painlessly.
