I am using HDMI to VGA Adapter to connect my VGA-type monitor to my laptop and it works perfectly without any issues. The price of the adapter is very reasonable, and I find no issues with the picture quality or connectivity while using this adapter.Its a very quick plug-and-play kind off and doesn't and I was able to get it to work within a few seconds.I would highly recommend this product if you want to need VGA to HDMI connecting adapters.

This product did not work on a monitor. I connected this adapter from my Laptop HDMI output port to my HP 22-in wide screen monitor. As soon as I connected, the display popup a message requires me to change my display resolution setting to 1680x1050 level. After I changed the display setting to 1680x1050. The same popup message was still showed up. I also changed the display setting 1 more level down to 1600x900. The same popup message was still showed up. But when I connected this adapter to a projector VGA input port. I worked fine. But I don't know how long this adapter will last Therefore, I think this adapter is not a GOOD quality and performance product.I am sure that my laptop and monitor are not the issue because I have an existing adapter working fine together. I bought this additional adapter is for using on my projector. Therefore, I don't bother to return since it work ok for the projector.
