Another excellent value (renewed)

I purchased this monitor for my WFH setup. I'm using a 16inch M1 MacBook Pro and a custom build PC both running macOS Venture. The picture quality is excellent. Caveat: I have the resolution set to 3360x1890. My old eyes prefer a slightly larger DPI. I had been using a 40inch 4k TV, but the viewing angle at the corners was getting to me. I decided I needed curved monitor. I then purchased an LG 35WN65C-B 35-inch-inch Curved UltraWide QHD HDR Monitor (renewed) which I really really love, but I really wanted a little more vertical space. The current setup is the LG on top and the AOC on the bottom with the mac on a stand to the right. This is now my perfect setup.

Refurbished suppliers sending broken products

I originally ordered two of these monitors via Amazon's refurbished program. The order was fulfilled by Xtrasaver, Inc. and arrived broken. I returned it and ordered a replacement, which was also fulfilled by Xtrasaver, Inc. and arrived broken. I am 99% sure it was the exact same monitor. I then ordered a new monitor (which works great!), but despite returning (twice) the broken, refurbished item from Xtrasaver, I have never received confirmation they received them (UPS tracking says delivered), nor have I received a refund.
