Exceptional seller. Great laptop.

For some reason I can't get to the page to rate this seller. I click on leave seller feedback and it takes me to a different item's page. First, I love the laptop. It's beautiful and works perfectly with no glitches for everythig I need it for. The seller has refurbiished the laptop, and normally I stay away from refurbished tech, but this seller goes above and beyond, including explicit instructions, additional service of downloading Win-11 and Office, and even handwritten notes. I highly recommend both the laptop and the seller.

Did not turn on new out of the box

This computer is completely useless new out of the box. It will not turn on. Interestingly enough, the lights that say it are charging and that the computer is on still stay on even if the cord isn't plugged in, I included a photo that is probably hard to see but should show that this computer is not plugged in yet the charging light is still on (you can see I'm holding the charger and the charger is out of my laptop.) This is my 5th ASUS and none of them have done this. Complete lemon and a waste of 2 days without a laptop, plus waste of my time dropping this off for a return.
