Runs great in my Cooler Master Case!
By Joy Rodriguez on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2023
Got this power supply for my new build and it does a great job. I was lucky enough to find that the same manufacturer makes my PC case so I knew it would be a good fit. Here are a few things I like about it: 1. I like that it's modular so it keeps cable management down to a minimum. 2. It's quiet and power efficient 3. It has all the cables and connectors you would need for your standard PC with the ability to expand if needed. 4. compact a with excellent power output for it's deceptively small size. There are really no cons to this product. It just works.

My first was DOA, the second dead in a year.
By IshEdwards on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2023
At the price I got it, it seemed like a bargain. Then my computer refused to boot. I got a replacement from Amazon and everything seemed fine. But the product aged poorly. Initially it was quiet, but over time it got louder and started making loud squealing noises. About a year later, it died suddenly, while I was using the computer. Returning it took a little time, but I got a refund in the end. Still for a product with a 5 year warrenty last for 1 year is awful, and not being able to use my computer while I waited for a replacement part has been upsetting. I suggest that you avoid CoolerMaster and get a product that actually works.

Solid PSU Choice at a Good Price

Watch for when this goes on sale. PSU prices are volatile, but I found it at a decent price. Cooler Master is one of those names I trust when it comes to PSUs. Everything in your PC depends on the quality of the voltage it gets. The PSU is responsible to keeping that voltage "just right" within the parameters of your PC's requirements. You don't want to "cheap out" on that critical job. But some products you can trust, like this one. This is one of my favorite choices (but if you're overclocking a 12900k, you might want a higher wattage!) The two EPS connectors are good if your mobo has two 8-pin EPS headers onboard. I bought a 650watt for a non-technical friend's 5600x and a radeon 6600x. Should work well for him.

As far as I am concerned, this PSU is very good for its price, I waited a month to see how it worked, and so far everything is great, the noise level is imperceptible (the only noticeable noise is the standard CPU fan), cable management is great, in my personal case there is no need to buy extensions, more than for aesthetic reasons.
Great for my budget build!

I personally won’t be using it since Im upgrading my gpu but this runs great and pretty much has no sound at all only thing I would recommend is picking up some custom cables to go up with it

This PSU was on sale, so I though, “Why not give it a try?” I look at the reviews, and overall the PSU seems pretty good for budget builders. I head on over to the one star reviews, and I notice there are a whole lot of people complaining that they got a dead PSU or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Unit. I didn’t think much of it, as the good reviews far outweighed the bad. When it comes to things like this (where items might come in faulty) I always just dive head first as I’m usually lucky. I bought it, it was delivered quickly, I set it everything up, I go to power it on, and guess what - nothing happens. I did a few tests, and it turns out that the PSU I was delivered was in fact DOA. I say to that while the PSU itself would be good (when it’s functioning), I highly recommend that you opt for something else. I wouldn’t risk paying this much money for a possible DOA PSU, and I would look for something safer. If you’re willing, then by all means go for it, but I highly caution against it.
