Keychron K10 Full-Size Mechanical Keyboard

This keyboard looks and feels nice. I was really stoked when I got it for the sleek design, the nice feel of the keys and that it was wireless mechanical. I bought it for the swappable bluetooth and 2.4ghz so that I could swap between two PCs I was using at the same time. After a few months, the bluetooth would stop pairing with the PC it uses bluetooth with. After some searching and sleuthing, there were other people posting in comments on Reddit and YouTube that this keyboard has a problem with the bluetooth module in terms of build quality and everyone has had to file a warranty claim within the first 3 months or so. I did the same, and after much back and forth in the ticket (and apparently a holiday that lasted a week) the eventual solution was that they were sending me a new pcb. It shipped from overseas and took about a month. I swapped it out per the video instructions and updated the firmware; the keyboard would not even enter bluetooth pairing mode. I took the keys off and looked more closely at the bluetooth module and it looks like a hasty hand-soldered job, missing some of the contacts and the key directly above it had melted plastic. I have contacted them again and they want to send ANOTHER pcb. They only replace full keyboards within the first 30 days and after that is "repair only." So, if you like having to disassemble and reassemble your keyboard after waiting a month for a part to be delivered every few months or so, definitely buy this. /s Unfortunately I cannot recommend. If you need the same functionality I was looking for, the Logitech G915 is a better choice (although yes I know it's more expensive but after all I went through it seemed worth the cost).
