Great sound quality and the mic works great with no crackling or distortion. Item arrived in excellent condition. I’ve used daily with no issues at all with connection and the charge holds for a the entirety of a gaming session. The noise cancellation also works great. Very good quality gaming headset and definitely worth the price.

Works for first few times, then mic drops

Comfort and seems like quality construction. WFH 8-10 hrs a day, maybe 2-3hrs on Teams and Zoom per day, so wireless is what I needed. It worked for about a month, now the mic stops functioning randomly. I have to swap to a different mic input on the PC sound settings then swap back to the Logitech to get the mic to function again. Back to an old wired headset while I look to replace this POS already. Manufacturer won't help because I'm outside of the return window (note: I asked for support, not to return) and Amazon refuses to help because of the return/exchange window. So now I'm stuck with an expensive POS headset that I can't get support for nor return. Waste of money, do not buy!!!!!
