This works amazingly! My speeds boosted 5x-7x around my home, as the model my service provider was bottlenecking my speeds. I now have absolutely no lag on any of my devices, while some of us game, and stream at the same time throughout the entire house. Running gig speed through fiber.

WARNING!!! Unofficial referb unable to update!

Purchased and was unable to update to ANY of the official Netgear firmware!!! Router stopped working all together. This is a serious issue, this is an unofficial refurbished router from a no name company! They could have loaded anything on the router. The built in update feature conveniently does not work. . . . After several hard resets and update attempts the router stopped working all together. Returning!
