Microphone muted by default, special software needed to enable, different model

The box and this ad states this is a C920e, but the computer recognizes this as a C920C... I bought about 50 of these, all the same.... with a bunch of Chinese characters in the model as well. Also, on most the microphone is muted in the firmware and you have to use Logi Tune to un-mute the things.... I dont recommend this thing.
