Horrible customer service

We finally were able to install unit after 6 months - I had surgery and and that delayed it- we were unable to connect to WIFI - we had tried when we’re first got it and tried again. Customer service said we was out of warranty and for $199.99 and they would cover it for 2 yrs but the next it ran out we would have to renew again for $200. We have never used it. I have always bought Netgear and we did our research - never again!
