Needs to be oiled

I did not like this shredder at first. It did not work as we expected. My husband started using shredder oil. I learned how to set the paper in hight and to seperate papers more. I love this shredder now. We have done 3 lawn bags of papers in no time. Keeping it and happy to do it. Thanks! Great job for the money. Quiet and easy to use once you figure it out. Did not have proble.s with over heating. I used a smaller shredder for small pieces.

Product didnt last more than 1.25 years. Disappointing. Blades became dull and jammed frequently. Lubricated as per instructions and kept clean. In spite of that, stopped feeding and shredding.
