I got buy other power supply more powerful because tech support they say I need call MSI for warranty lol I must admit that it took some time but MSI responded to my problem with the damaged PSU and they sent me a replacement another PSU with more power without more to say it was a very good customer service they deserve a better rating 5 Star.

Faulty video card
By Malik on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2021
2 out of 3 of the fans on the RTX 3090 don't work. I realized when I noticed my vram temperatures hitting 110 Celsius. As soon as I saw that, I turned it off, let it cool down, and then turned it back on. Upon inspection of the card, I noticed that only one of the three fans were spinning. All efforts to get the other two to turn on have failed. I now have a very expensive heater. If this problem gets resolved I'll increase the rating. Until then, as I said before, I bought an extremely expensive heater, and the fact that I have it but can't use it is driving me crazy--on top of costing me additional income from lost work. 😭😭😭 (Update) Their solution to this problem is for me to send the computer back and they'll give me a refund--not even an exchange. Basically I'd have to wait for my computer to get there, have them inspect it, and after three days they'll refund me the money--I'd bet there would be restocking fees also. It took me hours getting this thing set up--all the software I need, libraries, linux subsystem, etc, plus trouble shooting trying to get the fans working took me two days only to discover it was definitely faulty hardware. Gonna just hang on to it and fix the card myself. Bought some additional fans that help keep the temps under control, and I found some replacement fans online. If those don't work, I'll just slap a water block on it and move on. Aside from the malfunctioning hardware, let me explain what it's like working on this computer. In short, it looks good but the design is entirely impractical--aka the case looks cool but it's seriously a pain in the ___ to work on. There's a giant box with no access ports that surrounds the power supply unit (PSU), and it takes up about a quarter of the space inside of the case. I have no idea why this case was designed this way--any time I want to plug or unplug anything from the PSU, I have to fight past a jumble of RGB led cables that completely obscure all vision to the PSU, unscrew all screws connecting the PSU to the chassis, and completely pull the PSU out--just to plug something into it! I Couldn't even plug an extra fan into the mobo without disassembling something. For example, I had to pull the graphics card out because there was no space to fit my hands (to access the system fan ports on the motherboard) between that stupid box and video card. Lastly, the front fans on the case are covered by glass, and you can't take the glass off to increase airflow--which is terrible for a card that already has two out of three fans down. I would recommend finding a computer from someone else. These people weren't helpful at all, and they would have me wait probably over a week to get money back so that I can wait another week or so to order a new computer from somewhere else. I asked if I could send them the video card back and they send me a new one instead, they said no. After all the crap I went through, and paying $4,100, I expected better treatment--maybe I was asking for too much (a functioning video card in exchange for the broken one). Skytech has a computer--the prism is what it's called--that's a couple hundred bucks more, but is way better. The case has plenty of space to work in and it has more fans to keep everything cool. Also, amd ryzen processors are alot better at handling work tasks for video editing, cad, etc, and are indistinguishable from the intel when it comes to gaming. I wish I got that one instead. This processor is good, but it got beat down by the ryzen 9 3950x when it came to crypto mining xmonero. The Ryzen was yielding about 15,000 hashes per second at 90% capacity, where as the intel only garnered a meager 2,500 hashes per second running at 100% capacity. I'm really kicking myself for not getting the skytech one. And I'm so disappointed. All my excitement waiting for this computer turned to ashes in my mouth--as Tyrion would put it. Do yourself a favor and get a computer from somewhere else. If not for yourself, then as revenge for me--one who was wronged. They don't care about the small guys, and if something goes wrong for you, I expect that you'll get the same treatment as me. Again, I don't want a refund, I want a functioning video card that I paid for! Waiting for them to send me a shipping box, and then waiting for the computer to arrive at their store, and then waiting for them to inspect it, and then waiting for 3 days after they inspect for a refund--provided they don't find some other way to screw me there--the chore of shopping for a new computer with the right hardware that's in stock, and then waiting for shipping takes way too long and is more than I can stomach right about now. Also, I need a computer in the mean time. I loathe this company. Pass on this, there are many better computers than this one, and this company doesn't help either.
