Nice n fast!

I’m a novice at best with tech but I am good at taking my time and doing my research before I make purchases. I tried computers at Best Buy and priced out different models. The memory on this product is one of the best at this price point! While I think a Mac is a nice and competitive product, Microsoft is more flexible and more cost effective. I am an impatient person but if you give this computer a good internet speed, this computer is fast! I don’t like that the hard drive is all-in-one because if something goes wrong I am sure it will be quite expensive to replace or fix. It does look sleek and attractive though. I personally think this setup will age well with new technology.

not as advertised

I bought this because it is advertised as having a 1 TB hard drive. I'm nearing 256 GB and being told there's no space left to install another app. After spending 6 hours on the phone with multiple technicians in India, all trying to troubleshoot this remotely, I had to mail it back to be repaired. Today I received a message that they cannot 'upgrade' the computer as I requested, as if no one at HP is even looking at the case number and referring to what the problem is. They also informed me the screen is cracked and that I will have to pay to have it replaced, even though I used their packing materials and followed all of their directions for shipping it. Anyway, I do not recommend this device or anything by HP.
