A Very Nice Mechanical Keyboard
By Javier G. on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2024
This is the first Mechanical keyboard that I have ever purchased. I did a lot research before deciding on this keyboard. I didn't want something too expensive, nor did I want something too cheap. I think the price is really good for this keyboard, It works and feels really nice. I did have to put a little piece of foam and tape on the space bar because it was a little too loud. I also put a little piece of tape on the enter key, and now it feels and sounds just right. I am very pleased with this keyboard. It also looks like it build to last along time. I guess only time will tell.

Just stopped working randomly and is now completely dead

I bought this keyboard in Jan of 2023. At first I loved it and was very pleased with the purchase. Then a month ago it started to stay lit even when my PC was off. No problem, I just unplugged it and solved the problem. Then a week after that it started to not turn on or light up at all when the PC was on. The USB ports on the back were still working as everything plugged into the two other ports was getting power and turning on. I would have to unplug and plug the keyboard in several times to get it to stay lit and powered on. After 2.5 weeks of this method the thing stopped working all together. I would get a pop-up from windows that the device was not recognized and to try unplugging and plugging it in again. If this did not work the device may have malfunctioned. I plugged it in like 400 times, tried other USB ports, other type-C cables and nothing worked. I have 2 other keyboards that I keep as a reserve for my PC and my son's. I tried those and they bother work. I wanted to love this product but I cannot rate it higher than 2 stars if it is going to only last a year and a half without being used everyday. My other 2 boards are old and still function correctly. One is an old Alienware that is at least 12 years old and it still works as good as when I bought it. The other is a cheap no name brand that came with my sons cyperpower gaming PC. It is about years old now. Both have out lasted this one. I cannot recommend this item unfortunately.
