SteelSeries Premier Gaming Bundle

Bought brand new. Everything came in nice packaging and neat. The headphones, mouse and mousepad are in great condition. The keyboard looks good and no sign of trauma but the keys (N , . ?) won't work. I tried it on another computer won't work. I tried to find an update on the steelseries app but found none and I updates my computer and it still won't work. My boyfriend and I are having a hard time believing the key board it broken because it looks so new. Though obviously those specific keys won't work.I wish I didn't have to return everything, just get a replacement for the keyboard and send this one back in. I'll try and get it replaced if not then I'll return it and when I get a new product I'll change the review.Got a replacement, it's been my keyboard ever since.
