I received my 564XL replacement refills and when I put them in the printer, I got an Ink System Failure message. I called the support number and immediately got instructions on how to clear this but without success. Next I contacted their online chat and got replacements sent out to arrive in 2-3 days, free of charge. I'll update my response once I get them.
