Received my laptop yesterday. Light weight, high speed and plenty of memory space. Love the touch screen and pen. Quality is awesome.

Product damaged, seller does not answerer my messages

I was excited with this purchase and couldn't wait to use it. However, when I opened it up, I noticed some signs of wear. The paint on the bottom and edges are rubbed off and there's some scratches on it, it looks like it has been used. Since I don't live in USA, it would be too expensive to send it back but I DO NOT recommend you to buy any item from this seller. I sent him 2 messages and he never answered. The app Virtoo by LG was gonna expire in 2 days after I got the product. Regarding the product, it's a really nice laptop, just keep in my that the Bluetooth range is very limited.
