Amazing Monitor That’s Worth Every Penny
By Steve Orlosky on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2025
I can’t rave enough about this monitor. The ergo arm is amazing and so useful. The hotkey puck is a must for me now, and I think I would miss it if I ever went to another type of monitor. The 32” display is fantastic and rivals my older 5k iMac screen. It’s not quite as sharp as my 5k iMac monitor was, but don’t let that dissuade you from buying this! The colors are fantastic and it looks like a monitor that has twice its price tag. I bought it refurbished, basically like new, and I saved about $200. That said, this monitor is absolutely worth the current retail price of about $700. I’m a designer so color accuracy and screen size were both important to me. Already an awesome display, the ergo arm puts it over the top - such a professional option! I am pairing this with my 2024 M4 Pro Mac Mini, and it’s a perfect combo. Seriously, buy this! BenQ is professional quality all the way.

Things I wish I had known before buying
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2025
Bought this and have used it now for several months. Some things I wish I had known first: -The KVM switch does not work consistently. I often have to switch back and forth several times to get it the keyboard and mouse to actually work. The monitor often doesnt recognize them. Many times I have to turn them off and on to get it see them. Its a steady problem. -The keyboard regularly freezes while typing and just repeats whatever letter you were pressing with it locks up. -Even though the monitor has HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C, the KVM switch ONLY works if one of your inputs is USB-C. You cannot use it to switch between HDMI and DisplayPort. -If you use the USB-C port and use 3.2 USB you will get an annoying popup message telling you about reduced resolution EVERY time you switch. And the notice is conveniently placed right over the area where Windows taskbar has extra icons so if you, like me, access that often you will need to wait for the notice to clear. I asked about turning this off and was told it cannot be deactivated. I really wanted this to be my dream KVM monitor, sadly its pretty undercooked. The screen itself is rock solid and I have no complaints about visual quality.
