It's actually pretty good.

Setup: The installation process is simple. You get the PC, you take off/out the foam pieces. And yes, there is a foam piece on the inside to protect the components. Take off the glass frame by undoing two screws in the back and it'll slide off. Then pull out the foam gently and check the wires to make sure you haven't pulled or unplugged anything. Once, you're good with that, just plug it and proceed with what the computer askes you for. Also, PLEASE update your PC before using it for games and stuff. Some people have problems when they use outdated software. The rest is up to you. How it runs: It runs surprisingly smooth. The 6600XT may be a budget graphics card, but it's still pretty good if you want something budget wise. Most games I played so far haven't expected any issues and has not crashed. Hooray! I will probably make a list of games it can handle well at soon. For now, I do recommend, if this is your first ever Gaming PC, to buy this one! 8/26/2022 For those who don't know, the AMD software requires a quick installation process for it's drivers. Doing this can improve your PC's performance. You can install the drivers from AMD's website. Just search, "AMD Driver" and it should pop up. Then select your graphic card specs and press submit. Installation should be easy. Nonetheless, a lot of the bigger games like Cyberpunk, Forza Horizon 5, and GTAV on high settings can be ran at up to 60FPS+ on this PC so I'm once again impressed. Definitely would recommend this as a Pre-Built Computer. It runs smoothly!

WORST PRODUCT AND WARRANTY EVER!!! DON'T DO IT!

This is the worst investment I've ever run into! I have computers from 2008 still running Windows 7 that's still working! This computer sat for 8-10 months, and when it was time to use it, it lasted 3 months, before it blew up. By blew up I mean there was a loud pop, and since I had the warranty added to the order, I thought this wouldn't be a problem as it is covered, but I knew better. First, let's talk about the lady I got when speaking with Asurion Warranty Company. I was having trouble contacting them, and getting my issue resolved, and like a broken record, she repeatedly informed me how she had never experienced these issues! There are no words that can express how dumb and green that sounds. I had to tell her, lady that has nothing to do with what I'm experiencing! Next, another rep told me it would be a 7 day turnaround, after I informed them this was a business computer. Well, I received the return label after 3 days, then I shipped the computer back to them on the 5 of March. However, on the 18 of March I recieved an email stating that my computer was on the way. I did receive the computer on Wed 3/20. This comes out to be a 19-20 day turnaround, not 7. Once I recieved the computer back, there was a lovely note stating the computer was checked and tested several times and is working fine! THIS COULDN'T BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! The computer is now locking up, reading files intermittently, and won't turn on unless you unplug some components! So basically I paid over 1k for a computer to last 3 months while running! BTW, the computer came back with bolts missing, internal lights unplugged and no information as to what was fixed or what the problem actually was. In conclusion, two things I will never ever do again! Buy a IBUYPOWER PC, or get Asurion insurance! This was the worst experience I've ever witnessed. It's why I choose not to buy a warranty in most cases, because they take your money freely, but fail miserably to deliver the service they advertise! I'll take my chances with the big boys from now on! Thanks so much for nothing IBUYPOWER and ASURION!
