Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price for this was great and the picture and functionality is excellent. I use it for zooming almost exclusively and for the price, I couldn't ask for more. Had others more expensive but this is excellent.

Video ok, microphone bad out of the box.

This camera had a faulty microphone, which of course I did not initially know. After trying to get it to work and failing I went to a technician who informed me that the mic on the unit was faulty. Now I am outside of the return window so I have to buy a new camera/mic, plus I had to pay the technician. I've always thought Logitech products were good. No longer. Buyers beware! I would give this Brio zero stars if it were possible.
