Dell Alienware Aurora R13 (i7 RTX 3060Ti)

Have had nothing but problems with it since day 1. Searched online, no explanation or help available. Computer freezes and crashes multiple times a day with no explanation or reason. Every possible lead to what's going on is a frustrating pain to go through and then doesn't fix the issue. Brand New Computer out of the box should have 0 problems, not thousands. Never had so many problems with any computer before, even old ones.Update: Dell says that these people are Scammers and that they are not affiliated with Alienware or Dell. They use the Alienware Name, but it's just a way to commit acts of fraud. Dell and Alienware let them use their name so that you can't get refunds on faulty products, and These people will not help you only direct you to Dell. If you have a problem nobody will help you.
