The ink works just like original. It does not disappoint. I had an issue with the printer not recognizing the cartridges, but Smart Ink customer service was so awesome in fixing the issue. I will not buy from another company other than Smart Ink. Can't beat that level of service and attention.

They were not compatible with the printer unless they have an HP chip. By the time we needed to change cartridges in our printer we discovered this issue. Went on here to return them to realize the return window was missed by 2 days. Now have $200 worth of toner that’s useless and cannot return.
