I am very disappointed with Razors build quality on this keyboard
By chuck barnhart on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2025
So I knew when I purchased this that I was buying a cheap razor keyboard. That being said, I have owned razor products for many years now and I’ve always been satisfied with their quality which is why I keep returning to them. However, this keyboard is very annoying. First off, the wrist rest does not stay attached to the rest of the keyboard at all. It has a magnet but it barely sticks at all. Secondly, the keys have little metal things (pictured) that my research says are “clickers”. Apparently for making the keys, make a click sound. They pop out, quite a lot and then get stuck under the key making it unresponsive or jamming it or making it sticky. And it is happening a lot. During normal use. You can remove them and the keys still function just fine (and to be honest, I cannot hear the difference) but I really don’t want to remove all they keys to take out the bits, and putting them back in is a huge pain as well. I’m fine with a cheap keyboard with synapse and rgb color mixing, but these stupid little metal bits are awful and I am very disappointed with Razor’s engineering on this one.
