Exceptional headset
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2024
After much research, I took a gamble on these and could not be happier. I work remote and use them for 1-2 hours at a time and up to 6 hours daily on Teams meetings. The pro's outweigh the cons. Hopefully, they will last. Logitech has served me well over the years. Pro: Well built with a padded metal head strap, they fold up to sit on a wireless charging pad, they talk to you when connecting/disconnecting and muting/unmuting, putting the wand down unmutes and up mutes, the wand goes 180 degrees to use on the right or left, sound is clear hearing and speaking, the ear pads are mostly comfortable and they block out most ambient noise, and there is an off switch on the side to turn them off and save the charge. Con: They squeeze my head after a while because of the spring metal strap (but I have a larger head and I am glad it is metal instead of plastic), you have to push the ear cushions to the smallest position to balance the headset on the charger, the charging pad was not included (I bought a higher power one that matched the headset specs and it works well), and occasionally the volume would go to max when disconnecting from Teams calls (I anticipate it and lower the volume before disconnecting).

Good headset, but expect a charger stand for the price
By Zachary Johnson on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2024
Works great, functionally does everything it should as a headset, ANC is good. Headsets that connect via a dongle are the only way to go if you don't want to be constantly fighting with the Bluetooth connection and device visibility when making Teams, Slack, etc. calls. The Logi Unifying dongle could be great, but since it acts as a USB hub when you have keyboard, mouse and headset hooked up means it doesn't play well with laptop docks, KVMs etc. since you are already connecting to a hub when plugging into those. Not a big deal, but makes the configuration far from seamless. A big problem for me with these is that they are missing any kind of charging stand. I think this is a must for office headset since you are taking them on and off often and keeping them plugged in and ensuring they are charge is a hassle. I was okay with that because I have a wireless charger platform, but turns out the wireless charging configuration as pictured doesn't work as well as it should. Since they are not magnetically linked to the charger they fall over unless you have them adjusted to their smallest size, which is not ideal. For the price I would expect the charging setup to be well designed/thought out, but it is not.
