Keeps dropping connection

I have this docking station plugged in 2 non-powered USBs, and one WQHD monitor. It keeps dropping my connection to the laptop especially when it has to charge it. I have a HP Envy x360 whose power rating is 65 watts and this device cannot charge my laptop as well as support peripheral devices continuously. It's quite a shame that Dell advertises 96W of power delivery to the host computer without insisting that it's only 96 when no other devices are connected to it. Don't buy if your laptop is rated more than 45W. Especially if you intend to connect several peripherals to the dock
