Keyboard with lots of RGB and great customer service

I’ve had the Neon75 for over three months now, so I think it’s about time I write a review on it. The other only keyboard I had was an old and cheap Royal Kludge keyboard. From what I noticed, I think that the red switches on this keyboard sound and feel better. I took them apart and they were slightly lubed. The stabilizers are okay. They could be better, but they can easily be modded. The leds are also extremely bright and they shine through the keycaps really well. Also, the LEDS are north-facing. The keycaps aren’t that thick either, but they were thicker compared to the stock keycaps on the old keyboard I had. I previously had a defective Neon75 model where there were a lot of issues but the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement that fixed the problems I had with my previous one. Pros: - The keyboard does not feel cheap. It feels expensive, The frosted acrylic is thick and it has some weight to it. - The leds are bright. Really bright. - The colors are extremely vivid. - Light shines through the keycaps extremely well. - I didn’t notice any latency with Bluetooth. - Moddable - Hot swappable - Decent presets. You can adjust the light on the keys and the side of the keyboard. Things I’m neutral on: - The color white isn’t completely white. It’s tinted with the slightest of pink, but that’s to be expected. - The keyboard is a bit high in height. Expect to use a wrist rest. - There is no ‘off’ switch. The keyboard only turns off after it hasn’t been used for a while. This might be a con for some people, but I use the keyboard in wired mode so this doesn’t bother me. - North-facing LEDS Cons: - The keyboard height is not adjustable. - There is nowhere to store the 2.4GHz receiver. - The leds aren’t properly diffused on the bottom side of the keyboard. Things I can’t comment on: - Wireless mode. I have only used wired and Bluetooth mode. - The software. I did not download the software. - The battery life. I use my keyboard in wired mode and rarely use it in Bluetooth mode. The INITIAL cons I had with the keyboard that are fixed with the replacement that was sent: - There was a battery indicator that would never turn off even though I was in wired mode. - When the keyboard is on low brightness, a few of the keys flicker. - Turning off the keyboard light completely is impossible since the battery indicator was always on and a few of the keys still emitted light. - The ‘y’ key was defective and wouldn’t work. - The screws on my keyboard were screwed in extremely tight and it was impossible to unscrew them. Keep in mind that these cons are old and I had them because I had a defective model. The keyboard is extremely gorgeous! It’s pretty to look at and if you aren’t satisfied with the sound or feel of it, you can mod it. I had a lot of issues with the keyboard initially, but the seller reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement since my previous model was defective. The seller responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I’m satisfied with the customer service and I really like the keyboard. For a beginner who wants to get into keyboards and loves RGB, this one will not disappoint.

Defective and faulty product

Both of the keyboards I have bought arrived broken - they either hold letters down too long, don't register when they've been typed, or delay the signal so the letters are typed out of order. I've bought two of these keyboards, and the only reason I bought a 2nd was because I liked how quiet they were and assumed it was just a one off event that it arrived dysfunctional. I wrote this review twice, and fixed it in the first half to provide a clear explanation. The second half is what it looked like before fixing errors. You can see it has a clear issue with a & e. Both keyboards suffered this exact issue.
