Computer arrived in time frame listed and in perfect condition. All features listed were installed, powered up and connected easily. Start up instructions were easy to follow and computer works perfectly. This was the right choice for my needs, ASUS superior quality and affordability setup for future. I highly recommend this product and vendor. The vendor had constant communication with tracking updates, accurate description posting and quick service.

Randomly powers itself off

I thought my earlier purchase of an HP PC was a good decision, but System Image Restore failed repeatedly within hours...so I bought this ASUS to replace it. I also thought ASUS was a very good brand, but the machine powered itself off on four different days within the 30 day return period. Meanwhile my 7 year old custom built PC just keeps on chugging along.
