Best thing I ever bought!

I did a lot of research before settling on this pc. This price for a pre-built pc with these specs... is unbeatable. The set up was smooth and easy. The shipping was secure and swift, no damage whatsoever. I have had no complications or complaints thus far. I use this pc for a little bit of everything, but I decided on this one for its gaming ability. It met my expectations/hopes and then some! I can run all the games I love at good graphics levels with great fps and no lag or stutter. I dreamed of owning a pc like this all my childhood lol. The pc itself comes with many perks, and even some great extras provided by the company. The pc is great for all gaming and streaming and can handle a lot going on at once with no overheating! There is customer/tech support always available and that helps not so tech savvy people relax. I am VERY happy with my purchase!!

USB Ports report as 2.0, Front Mic Jack Doesn't work, Front Headphone Jack is the wrong jack.

I purchased: iBUYPOWER Pro Gaming PC Computer Desktop SlateMR 281AV2 (AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz, Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12GB, 16GB DDR4, 500GB NVME SSD, WiFi Ready So, I had high hopes for this PC. Does it game? Yes. Am I satisfied with this PC? No. Cons: 1. Every single USB port reports as a USB 2.0 port, even the USB-C port which is amazing. I installed the latest chipset drivers for the motherboard, I tried searching the BIOS for enabling USB 3.0, I scoured Windows 11 for any setting I could enable, and I searched the internet for answers. I have turned up zero working solutions for this. As a result, my $150 external USB-C samsung drive can only read/write at a maximum of 40MB/sec which is awful. I was able to use a different PC to copy hundreds of gigs worth of data in under 10 minutes, but using that same drive on this PC will take hours to copy just a single Steam game to my drive because it reads at 40MB/sec. Unacceptable. The only thing I haven't tried is buying a USB 3.2 pci-e expansion card for this PC, and that's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to do that. 2. Front microphone jack doesn't work at all, and the front headphone jack is actually the front microphone jack (i.e. it's reversed). In order for me to workaround this, I bought a USB sound card so that I could have my headphones plugged into the front of my PC rather than the back. 3. Had I known that I was going to encounter so many issues with the USB ports, I would've gotten a prebuilt with a 2TB internal SSD. This is so ridiculous. a 512GB internal SSD is simply not enough space for hardly anything at all. 4. I had to set up a larger page file and install the latest graphics drivers to workaround some out of memory errors when playing Jedi Survivor. 5. the included wireless bluetooth antenna is completely garbage no matter how unobstructed it is and no matter how close it is to your wireless devices. I had to buy a high quality wireless USB with 2 antenna and then figure out how to disable the integrated wireless. I shouldn't have to do that. The included wireless bluetooth antenna should be sufficient since this is supposedly a high quality motherboard, and that attaches directly to the back of the motherboard on dedicated ports. Extremely disappointed that I have to continue to buy additional components to make this PC do BASIC things that it should be capable of doing out-of-box WELL. 6. the case is a little bigger than I originally expected, which makes it look very colossal in my mom's living room. Pros: 1. It games. The RTX 3060 is very powerful so it games well at 1080p, 60fps on my 55" 1080p TV, which is what I needed it for. 2. Looks very cool. 3. it's very quiet and runs very cool no matter what workload the PC is under. 4. It was shipped with a good amount of protection and it arrived visibly undamaged. No parts appeared to be loose. Would I recommend this PC? Considering the issues I've encountered: No. Would I recommend this brand? Considering the issues I've encountered: No.
