Great Gaming Monitor at an Affordable Price
By Matt on Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2023
Solid Monitor with a high quality image with strong blacks on a VA panel, fantastic 240hz refresh rate, quick response time. Comes with some extra built in UI features and a remote for TV like functions or cloud gaming, which I don't really need, seeing as I am using this exclusively as a PC monitor. But certainly not a downside. Wasn't perfect out of the box, but with a little calibration and optimizing, gaming at 240 FPS looks and feels great. Perfect alongside my old 1440p 144hz monitor as a second monitor, and my new PC. Able to hit those 1440p/240FPS marks with my 7950X3D and 7900XTX GPU. Would recommend at it's current sale price just under $500. If your looking to spend more, consider an OLED option in the $800-1000 range for a screen with comparable specs. Also has Freesync Premium Pro with an effecting range from 60-240FPS for system/titles that are unable to hit that 240hz refresh rate at all times. From my testing this seems most optimal from 120-240 FPS, 60-120 FPS seems a bit less effective. Either way great monitor for the money spent.

Don't Buy
By Joe Markey on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2024
This is easily the worst monitor, by far, I have ever owned. It comes down to one simple thing. It doesn't function like a regular monitor. Having multiple connections on this makes it a disaster. I have a ps5 and my pc hooked up to it. First of, I must use my remote for the monitor to go to home screen, navigate through the menu to change the damn input from pc to ps5 or vice versa. Incredibly terrible design and idea and this alone is very frustrating. However, the worst part is it usually will just not recognize the ps5 is on and will not show it on the monitor. Ps5 clearly on, plug it into my side monitor and works fine. Plug it back in to this piece of trash and still nothing. What I have figured out, is when I use my pc and want to switch the input to my ps5. I have to turn on my ps5, switch the input by navigating the home screen through the remote. Wait awhile until the monitor gives up. Then, I must unplug the ps5, potentially damaging the storage and plug it back in. Then usually, not always, it will work! But hey, the response time is good, it looks amazing, but whoever designed how this thing operates needs to find a different job because this monitor is absolutely trash because of one terrible design flaw.
