Excellent second monitor for use in photography tethered shoots and editing
By Kindle Customer on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2025
Spent a lot of time researching before choosing this brand/model. Ultimately, selected based on screen resolution, color accuracy, connectivity via both HDMI and USB-c, portability, and mounting/viewing options. Using as a second screen for on-the-go photo studio tethered shooting connected to a Windows laptop, as well as second monitor attached to a Windows desktop. Response time very good even with multiple peripherals attached to the PC. Like the ability to mount directly to a light stand, although the threaded connection to the monitor's frame would not handle any rugged treatment.

Superb… unless you need to playback 1080p 25 fps PAL content
By Mark Paterson on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2024
This was a heartbreaker. First the PROs. The OLED panel is bright and really pops. The included shade is nice. And the whole package is much lighter than it appears in photos. The factory calibration report for my exact monitor had a Delta E of less than 0.5 across for DCI-P3, sRGB, and Rec 709, with a smooth gamma curve and very flat gray scale tracking, all of which is incredibly impressive. Now the CONs. One minor drawback is the Micro HDMI port when there is clearly space for a full size port – if you use an adapter it puts a lot of weight and stress on the micro port which I would be concerned about long term, so maybe use the included dedicated micro HDMI cable instead. But let's get to the true heartbreaking fact of this monitor. It doesn't support 1080p/25! This will likely not be a problem for 99% of users, but if you do video production work for UK clients that need 25fps PAL footage, you're out of luck. All common US frame rates play back fine (23.976, 24, 29.97, 30, 60) as does PAL 50, but strangely not PAL 25. This is strange because 1080/25 is part of the HDMI spec. Baffling. Disappointing. I had to return it because of this.
