Stylish, Long-Lasting and Perfect for Programmers!
By maria jose on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2025
As a programmer, I use the Logitech POP Keys keyboard every day and absolutely love it. The mechanical keys are responsive and satisfying to type on, making long coding sessions much more enjoyable. I can connect it to multiple devices via Bluetooth or the included USB receiver, and switching between them is seamless. Best of all, the battery lasts for years, so I never have to worry about recharging. The compact design saves space, and the customizable emoji keys are a fun bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, reliable, and efficient keyboard!

See Update: Not A New Product; Poor Experience Not Unlike Others
By vanessa on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2025
I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews here. I don’t understand what amazons problem is right now but this isn’t ok. I spent a lot of money on two of these keyboards. One was for work. I just wasted a lot of time trying to connect it to the computer. And I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I should’ve trusted my gut. I opened the box and the keys that are extra were floating around the box like they were loose. Not stuck in the box as new. And the USB logi bolt was totally out of its spot. The cardboard was messed up and I’m pretty sure that’s where it was supposed to be. And the batteries were placed inside the keyboard already. All bad signs that say this was returned. Why was it returned? Now I can’t get it to connect with Bluetooth or the USB. Is it a bad product or is it because I got someone’s hand me downs at full price? I expect a brand new replacement or a full refund. This is a huge let down for what was advertised in my face for a long time as “such a cute and great mechanical keyboard!” Who screwed up? Amazon, Logitech, or both? Because this is embarrassing based on how many other people have experienced the same thing. I will possibly never shop Amazon again. Because it looks like someone tried SUPER hard to cover up the fact that this is technically an “out of box” tech purchase. In person you would never hand someone a product that someone opened, told you it didn’t work, and you refunded. At Best Buy they have a whole line of “Open Box” products because just opening the package makes it different than “NEW”. Especially in tech. And you all know. That’s why you tried so hard to cover it up. Shame on you. I would love to update this review if I could actually trust the product I receive. Because it’s beautiful and it seems like it would feel great to type on. It was everything I wanted except it is a nightmare at the same time. I’ll see if the other one was also returned for the same reason. UPDATE: The seller for the faulty keyboard was Scenic Drive Sports and I do not know the seller for the working keyboard. I noticed several things that were off in comparison to the keyboard that worked. I got two colors, Heartbreaker Rose and Cosmos. The first one I tried was Heartbreaker Rose because that one was going with me to work. As mentioned above I tried for a long time with no success getting it to connect via USB or Bluetooth tethering. I eventually realized that it seemed like a used product. I wanted to compare it to the other one I purchased to see if that was true or if it really was the keyboard. It was a used keyboard because the Cosmos one had these key differences: 4 round stickers on the sides and front, clean wrapping paper with no tears, sealed with an emoji sticker unique to the keyboard, all keys in place besides one loosely astray, USB logic bolt was snug and cardboard was in mint condition, lastly the tape on the battery port was in place. On the Heartbreaker Rose keyboard I had no clue what they were referring to because the tape was gone. This missing tape also made the batteries being in place very questionable. And unlike the Heartbreaker Rose color keyboard, the Cosmos paired instantly via USB as I wanted with no issue. Proving it was not the keyboard that is problematic, but incidentally the Heartbreaker Rose was obviously repackaged to look new. Someone worked very hard to make it look new but it wasn’t hard at all to realize that isn’t what the product is supposed to look like. I am super disappointed and my trust in Amazon as a source for technology is deeply shaken. In general the quality of service is lacking if this is how they want to be. This isn’t the first time Amazon has acted shady but this crossed a new line for me. I was told by Amazon to talk to the seller; and told by the seller to talk to Amazon. Both of them blamed a third party. That is a poor excuse for customer service and a shameful way to operate a company. The keyboard that works is beautiful like the other one, but it is smooth when it types on the screen and it connected so quickly as I followed the instructions. It’s everything I wanted but this experience was dreadful.
