I had to do a warranty around 2 years into having the device NZXT was fantastic contacted me and processed a warranty on the device paid for shipping and replaced it with a brand new device ..Excellent service.

Do Not Buy This, this is my second one I thought maybe I purchased a defective one but every time it was plugged in it worked for 2 mins and immediately broke
