2nd Refurbished Envy I Have Bought - Works Fine

This is the 2nd refurbished Envy I have bought. My old one lasted 8 years and it was just this year that I couldn't play a game that I wanted to play. On Guild Wars 2 the new machine gives 50 to 60 FPS in areas with a hundred or so player combatants at once, at a mix of medium and high settings with a lot of the nice to do's turned off - reflections, post-processing, etc. - I turn off the post processing so that gameplay isn't as bright and hard on the eyes - and in areas with fewer people it gives 150 to 230 FPS. Seems stable so far, all the components were as advertised.

From the beginning the computer worked amazingly. 3 Months after it went out of warranty the bios on the board failed. I couldn't get it to bring up anything even if I took out the battery took out the ssd, drained the capacitors and reinstalled the battery and started the unit. No screen at all even using the access keys. So no problem.....I'll jut get another main board and fix it. So I started the search. Guess what? they are extremely hard to find and at 600.00 it's not worth it.I was told by a lot of my friends not to get a HP product, but never had problems before.I'll steer away from them from now on. I expected more...
