Blue light filter smudge off

Initially I loved them but after wearing them for 2 weeks. The light blue filter on the glass cracked, you can only notice when the light hits. Initially I thought it was smudge but it wasn't. The look is nice but I'm not sure how long they'll last. See the pictures.
