One would think that a product like this in 2023 would come with an app to manage it. Having manual volume and vibration controls feels very low budget for the price. There are no usage instructions other than an illustration of the control panel which provides limited information. Feedback on the output mode is non-existent unless you have wired headphones plugged in (in 2023??). The same goes for pairing the chair. It came with a $8 BT Transceiver that can be found on another very large budget retail site that originates from a country where most low budget products are made. This was clearly an afterthought as it isn't mentioned in the product documentation and provided so you can connect a bluetooth headset but then you're left with a dongle attached to the chair. Should have been a native function. The control panel feels very 'flea market goods' tier. No USB I/O, no intelligent hardware. And yes, 100% this chair smells like it's been sitting in a shipping hold for way too long, it has faded after a few weeks of airing out however. Quite possibly the reason for the significant price discount. I needed a chair and it is quite comfortable. The stars are purely for the quality of the seating functionality.
