It had a fresh, Windows 11 loaded on the hard drive. It all seemed in new condition. I had seen some reviews that were disparaging but when the machine arrived it was new and to the specs that were listed on Amazon's selling description.

Refurbished Viruses

Bought this product unsure of what refurbished would mean. The computer that we received didn't properly wipe the data from the previous owners. So when we powered up the computer and opened up Chrome, there was a bunch of malware/ransomware left. Do NOT buy from this seller as they do not correctly refurbish the pcs.
