EMEET 4K Webcam, S600 Webcam

It was a good camera while it worked. I bought it in July of 23’ to replace an aging Microsoft camera. Because of a PC issue I didn’t open it until February of 24’. Plugged it into a brand-new Dell PC and used it to record about an hours’ worth of content grand total over about a week. I mostly make little shorts for my GF. The computer sat for a couple of weeks and I went to do another recording. Camera dead. Windows didn’t recognize it. Tried their specific EMEETLink software. EMEETLink knows it is plugged in and what type of camera it is, but that is about it. So I plugged it into one of my laptops, nothing. Then I tried plugging it into my phone, and the phone knows it is a camera but won’t give me an image or anything, even with the EMEET app. So I dropped customer service a line. They asked where I got it and when, I told them and they have not responded in 5 days. This is not like a woops the shutter is closed, this is their software gives me a white screen and wont even pull the SN from the camera. It sounded like from reading other reviews on line that there is a way to reset the camera that may fix this. But how to do so it not obvious, and no it is not reset settings in the app. Long story short, don’t waste your money, buy a Logitech, they are rock solid and the image quality is not that different. IF they ever get back to me I will update this.
