A let down in the end...

I have a desktop and my laptop is inconvenient for zoom calls when at home so I bought this bad boy. Stays in place ok, except when opening and closing the privacy shutter. I bought the camera to work, and work well, and that it does. It feels like its of good quality although I've never heard of the brand, like Logitech for example. Easy to install, and nice image quality. Update: 4/13/2025 This item recently rolled over on me. I troubleshot everything on my system but it won't sense the camera. Should have gotten the insurance I suppose. Worked for a while, but I didn't need it that often anyhow. What a let down. 1 star for a 1 star product.

Lowest Quality Webcam i've ever seen.

Product came in the mail earlier this evening i was excited to set it up and go into video calls with my friends however right off that bat i noticed something was off. The Box it came in had a huge dent in the back as tho someone had football spiked it into the floor or kicked it, Upon opening the box the camera just sorta fell out with nothing keeping it secure within the box it came in. At first i figured it was nothing and went to try it anyway. After downloading the software i noticed right away that the program gives you very little in the way of options to set up the camera, Once i did get everything squared away the quality of the camera was AWFUL. It lagged, It was granny, It had weird shadows following every motion i did as well as little tiny white spots that filled the whole Field of View. Not only that i found it very odd that all the Reviews i could find for the camera on the page were for a totally different camera so when i looked to see if there was a issue others were having i couldn't without seeing 40+ five Stars for a different camera. Getting a refund on this ASAP. My phone made for a better webcam instead of this thing Jesus.
