2nd Creality printer I've owned. 2nd dead inside 6 months. Tech support fails.

This is my 2nd Creality printer. First one died inside 6 months and their tech support just stopped communicating with me after there was no easy fix. So I bought the top end unit, thinking it would be better. 45 days in, the UV light becomes extremely weak and the printer no longer cures resin. I will start the tech support process, but considering my last experience, I will likely be placing a lawsuit against them for both units.
