Seller probably shouldn’t use Amazon

I purchased the computer, and so far the computer itself is great. The only problem is the included AC adapter is bad…luckily i had an adapter from the computer I was replacing. I used the poor Amazons chat customer service to let them know the PC worked but the ac adapter was bad, and all I needed was a replacement ac adapter. They said ok, a day later I get a approved refund request which I never asked for, all I need is the ac adapter for the computer, no reason the seller should have to replace the entire pc. I needed a pc since mine died, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it, I don’t want a refund. If the only way to get a replacement adapter through Amazons poor customer service is to replace the entire computer I’ll just go without and leave a bad review. I am happy to update this bad review if seller can resolve the issue that Amazon has actually made worse.
