On and off use since purchase in April 2024. It is now July 2025. Review below starts with HotYeah's greatest strength and downwards: Verdict: 😁 1) Customer Service Very responsive through Amazon messaging. Zero hassle in receiving a replacement due to troubles not long after purchasing. 2) Convenience of use TWO monitors, ONE cable. This triple monitor allows for pass-through power! I don't think I read that anywhere in the product description. Connect the laptop power cable (65W Lenovo) to the monitor, then monitor USB-C to laptop; charged my laptop while providing enough power to the monitors to allow for increased brightness. #PlugAndPlay 3) Build Quality #STURDY #SOLID I've been using these monitors for just over one year, a couple times a week. All hinges (between monitors, the stand on the back) continue to have consistent resistance. These monitors feel stocky in-hand, and when folded, enjoys the pull of gravity.

Double mirror screen issue

Packaging: The product came fully wrapped and protected. The box was secure and sturdy even if Amazon didn't pack it right. So there is no issues with the delivery. Product: For starters, I bought this hoping it would do what is advertised. On the box, it shows a full screen that extends all the way from one screen to the second. No matter what I do on a PC or Mac, it won't work. I followed various instructions on both Amazon and what I could find on the web. It simply won't connect one of the screens as a 3rd window or a full screen (like the box or cover picture). It works great, but I find it really annoying having 2 screens mirroring the same thing.
