This is refurbished? Everything in terms of appearance and performance looks and feels exactly like a brand new model. This is my second Logi MX Keys, adding it to my full size MX Keys that has been reliable 3 years strong now with heavy daily use, as well as my two MX Master 3S mice. Only ONE negative thing to say about this - it did NOT ship with a USB dongle as every new in box Logi peripheral I have purchased has in the past.. I still give it 5 stars though, great value for the money spent, and looks and feels like its brand new.

I really like the touch of the keyboard but its connection to the computer is wonky. It'll have a delay, sometimes it'll just keep repeating characters. The mouse loses its connection too. I have the mouse connected via the USB dongle, and the keyboard via bluetooth, because I couldn't figure out how to connect them both to the same method. Sometimes I need to type something and wait literally 5 seconds, then it'll appear on the screen and I can then type immediately.
