Acer CS272 27” IPS FHD Smart Monitor

I just received my monitor today and I set it up and connected it pretty quickly.... However.. I've spent 4 hours since setting it up trying to get it to work with both Airplay and bluetooth, to have both video and sound, simultaneously. I purchased this to attend online art classes with a bigger screen/higher quality picture and more accurate colors.. the the picture is much higher quality than I've been viewing from my laptop... but whenever I try to connect it to my bluetooth speaker for better sound (which I need), it disconnects the Airplay... so I cannot connect both at the same time. I read reviews before choosing this one and some said how great it was to so easily connect to bluetooth and Airplay... I have been unable to. I spent at least an hour on a chat with someone from Amazon to try and help me then contacted Acer for support and they wanted to charge me 55.00 for the help!! I don't think that is right... I just bought it today .. I shouldn't have to spend over 25% of the cost of the monitor to get it to work! Does anyone have any suggestions? I have an Iphone 13 with latest software and a soundcore motion boom speaker... Thank you for any help..
