(NEW) Samsung 32" Curved Odyssey Monitor

This is my second time buying this monitor as I needed it for my office. Monitor itself came find and seemed brand new. A few days in I noticed a few dead pixels. No big deal, I reached out to the seller and I informed them. They started out friendly and said they would gladly replace it, which I was happy to hear. They requested I send the product back first. I told them i cannot since i threw away the box and i still need a monitor for work. I told them when i receive the new one i will send this one back in the box the new one comes in at, they said no. I get Amazon involved and they still said no, they cannot do it that way. Their message: Jan 10, 2025 11:36 AM Hello, We cannot provide a replacement before the item is returned, we already told you. Additionally, we do not provide pickup services. Thank you, Triplenet Pricing Customer Service When it was escalated with Amazon they said the following: Jan 10, 2025 4:00 PM [Important] Dear Etai, Due to a lack of availability, we will not be able to obtain the following item(s) from your order I then find they just tried to sweep this entire thing under the rug because they have the same monitor for sale and are still selling more monitors so a resolution could have been resolved. Summary: Bottom line great monitor when it comes in correctly and new. I am not sure if it was actually new when it came but it seemed like it. Customer service is not good and they blatantly lied to the customer saying that they don't have it anymore lol. Good luck yall
