Apple MWR53LL/A Magic Keyboard (Black)

June 3, 2025 I went to the Apple store yesterday to finally see why the thin horizontal line running across the iPad 13 M4 screen remained on my iPad 13 M4 screen from the day I received, and it would not go away. At the Apple Store with my iPad 13 M4 order from Amazon: the Apple technician said it was HIGHLTY UNLIKELY that my “new” iPad 13 M4 was new—that it was NOT actually new and but had been repackaged given the specifics below. The Apple technician told me this disappointing news based two pieces of information: 1) The line on the iPad 13 M4 screen from the day I received it—should NEVER have been there—that Apple’s oversight would never have allowed that —had I bought straight from Apple their oversight would never have allowed that. 2) The special cloth that should have been included for the NANO screen was NOT in the box. I did not even know that I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED ONE in the box. I do believe I was duped. I am ever so disappointed/angrywith Amazon for sending me an expensive iPad that evidentally had prior usage and lacked the specific NANO screen cleaner, an essential for keeping the NANO screen clean. Amazon sold me my iPad 13 M4 as new, it was NOT. I do trust the APPLE STORE. I made a huge mistake to not go there to buy my iPad.
