Sound quality and Comfort

Love Turtle Beach! Have been using them for a couple of years! Great audio, very comfortable to wear usually game for a couple of hrs at a time, the sound quality has been the best for me and I have tried other brands, ther tear and wear is as expected based on used this are my third pair in 10 yrs, and I always get the newest of it's class at the time! Chat quality is great. Definitely worth every penny!

Windows 11 issues with the Xbox transmitter

The first one had a dead Xbox transmitter (LED never lit up, won't pair). I tried different USB ports. The same USB ports work fine with the PC transmitter. It's getting replaced. We'll see if the replacement is any better. Update: The replacement unit arrived. There appears to a compatibility issue with the Xbox transmitters and Windows 11 (24H2). It's the same behavior as before where the transmitter won't light up at all and never pairs. The same transmitter on a Windows 10 laptop works fine. Per instructions from Turtle Beach, we're supposed to test functionality of the Xbox dongle in Windows. This is problematic since Windows 10 is being phased out. The same Windows 11 laptop works fine with the PC transmitter and has no issues with any other USB devices. This was tested with the transmitter connected directly to the laptop (no hubs).
