One of the standout features is the crystal-clear microphone—whether gaming or chatting, my voice comes through perfectly without any distortion or background noise. I also love the convenience of switching between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless. It makes swapping between devices seamless, whether I’m gaming on my PC or listening to music on my phone. Horrible

I love the Razor products and had an old Razor headset, so I wanted the same brand. This headset would never connect to the dongle and you cannot switch between your pc or console and your phone on the fly. The description of this is grossly incorrect. This headset ONLY works if you can bluetooth it to your device. Music sounds fine, but any other sounds like gaming or streaming sounds like you're talking into and listening through a tin can. It's horrible. Completely worthless unless you are using it to listen to music from your phone and THAT IS IT!
