How did we come up with the name for the Dell Inspiron laptop? Well, it's a fascinating story...[flashback effect]

Two weeks ago

Oh man, it's already Tuesday and I'm not feeling particularly INSPIRED, but my bosses at the Naming And Delineating Sector (N.A.D.S.) are pressing me for a name for this Dell laptop. Where can I find INSPIRATION for this thing? Let me ask my co-worker Joyce, who is a pretty good INSPIRER. [walks to Joyce's desk] Hey Joyce—

JOYCE: Hey, what do you call that pointy part of a tower you can go in? I'm doing a crossword.

You mean the spire?

JOYCE: Yes! The spire! You can go IN the SPIRE! IN SPIRE! Anyway, what was your question?

Never mind! I think you just INSPIRED me!

[flash forward to present time]

...And that's how I came up with the name: The Dell Pointy-Tower-Part-You-Can-Go-In, which I submitted to my bosses who then fired me. Afterward, Joyce came up with the name Inspiron. She got a promotion. Anyway, that's my sad story of INSPIRATION.
