NEW Microsoft Surface Pro 8 13" i5 Tablet

My surfacepro 8 screen shattered so I needed a replacement asap. This was supposed to be used, like new. Showed up looking great. Wouldn’t turn on. Put it on the charger and waited for a while, turned on while on the charger, blue screen came up saying “automatic repair couldn’t repair your pc” this made me worried but I just did a complete wipe of the computer, updated it, brought my profile up, it worked. Then it turned off on me. I noticed, no battery life. Incase, I just left it on the charger, for over an hour. Turned it on with a battery life of still 0%. It will not charge. I have my charger and the charger it came with. It is not the charger. And it was already dead when it arrived. I don’t normally buy used electronics for this reason but really did not need a new computer. I needed better luck. I am hoping I do not have issues with a refund.
